What we build

Organised by the problem, not by the technology.

Four problems account for most of the work we are asked to do. Find yours below. Each one has a client behind it and a measured result.

Problem 01

More enquiries arrive than your team can answer.

Calls queue, emails sit overnight, and the customer who waited two days has already booked with someone else. Hiring fixes it at a cost that scales with volume.

Done for Tango

A live voice call becomes a booked itinerary in 4 minutes, at any hour.

What we build for it

  • —Voice agents that answer on the first ring, ask the right questions and complete the transaction.
  • —Chat and email agents that resolve the routine enquiry and draft the reply for the rest.
  • —Rules for what must reach a person, with the conversation summarised on handover.
  • —A record of every interaction in your systems, so you can see what is being lost and why.

What changes

Volume stops being a staffing question. Your people take the calls that need judgement.

Problem 02

Skilled staff spend their week re-keying data.

Reconciling two systems that will never be integrated. Checking numbers by eye. Rebuilding the same report every Monday. It is expensive, it is slow, and it is where errors come from.

Done for OrionQ

80% fewer manual tasks on revenue data.

What we build for it

  • —Agents that read documents, invoices and emails and put the contents where they belong.
  • —Reconciliation and checking that runs continuously and flags only the exceptions.
  • —Reporting that builds itself, from the source, on a schedule.
  • —An audit trail: what the system did, on what evidence, and who approved it.

What changes

The work still gets done and nobody does it by hand. You redeploy the people, not the budget.

Problem 03

Every customer gets the same thing, because tailoring it takes too long.

The personalised plan, quote or report is what customers pay for, but producing one takes an expert an hour. So it gets standardised, or it gets a queue.

Done for Gymed

Intake form to a personalised training plan in 60 seconds.

What we build for it

  • —Intake that captures what your experts would ask, in a form or a conversation.
  • —Generation of the deliverable itself, inside the rules your experts set.
  • —Review where review matters: an expert approves in a minute instead of writing for an hour.
  • —Versioning, so what you sent is always recoverable.

What changes

The premium version of your service becomes the standard one.

Problem 04

A whole function runs on inboxes, spreadsheets and memory.

Nobody can answer basic questions about it without asking three people. When someone leaves, the process leaves with them.

Done for Evergrow

A content operating system: 7× organic traffic.

What we build for it

  • —One place where the work of a function lives: the data, the drafts, the approvals, the numbers.
  • —Agents inside it doing the repeatable steps and leaving the decisions to people.
  • —Connections to the systems you already run, rather than a replacement for them.
  • —Reporting a director can read without asking anyone to prepare it.

What changes

The process belongs to the company again, not to four people’s habits.

How we engage

One way in. Three places it usually goes.

Start here

AI Opportunity Assessment

Two to four weeks. Fixed fee, quoted on the call. We map the processes, price the opportunities and hand you a roadmap you can take to a board. If the answer is that it is not worth doing, we say so.

Book an assessment

You own everything it produces.

Dedicated team

An embedded engineering team on a monthly retainer, working your roadmap in your hours. Where most assessments land, and where the compounding happens.

Fixed-scope build

One defined system, one price, one date. Suits clients who arrive with the brief already written and signed off.

Paid pilot

One process proven in production before a larger commitment. Available when a board needs to see it working first.

What we don’t do

Worth knowing before the call.

  • —Marketing websites, mobile apps and general software development. We are not a dev shop.
  • —IT support, infrastructure management or ERP implementation.
  • —Body-shopping developers by the seat with no accountability for the outcome.
  • —Change programmes and organisational restructuring. For those, hire a consultancy.

Not sure which of the four you have?

Most operations have two. The assessment tells you which one is costing you more, and what it takes to fix.
